I am very excited I have recently joined the National Home Watch Association, I think they will be a great help to my business.  I have gotten new ideas from them and hope to get new business in the future. 

Starting my new business!

     One year ago I got this idea to start a house watch business from my sister who has a house at Greenbriar.  I decided that I could apply this idea to the Richmond area and start a new business.  Later, I also added to my business, helping seniors that may not be able to get around and shop for groceries, gifts, medications, etc. I have been working hard to get my name out there.  I started by getting an article published in the Richmond Times Dispatch, Metro Business section about my new and upcoming business, Time Away Home and Senior Services.  Then, I began to join local networking groups to find out how to best spread my business name around.  I have gain a few customers on both sides of the business.  Clients are steadily picking up and I am enjoying all aspects of the business so far! My next step was making a website through yellowpages.com, check it out at, http://www.timeawayhomeservicesva.com/.   I am now beginning my newest adventure, BLOGGING!
